2011 Egypt Trip
Itinerary for the Sacred Journey: |
Day 1 (11/2) Fly from JFK at 18:00 ET
(6:00 PM in New York) Egypt Air #986
Day 2 (11/3) in Cairo around noon local time. Transfer by bus to hotel; have dinner and rest at our 5-star hotel near the pyramids.

| Day 3 (11/4) Visit the Pyramids,
Sphinx, Giza Plateau. Private time in the Great Pyramid and Sphinx enclosure |

Day 4 (11/5) Visit Saqqara, Step Pyramid, camel or horse ride in desrt, Dashur, Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid. fly to Luxor in the evening. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 5 (11/6) Bus ride through rural Egypt to Hathor temple at Dendara and Osiris temple at Abydos. See the remarkable and ancient and megalithic Osireion temple. |
| Day 6 (11/7) Check out of Luxor hotel; visit Valley of Kings and Queens; Hatshepsut temple; check into Nile Cruise; visit majestic Luxor temple in the evening. |

| Day 7 (11/8) Karnak temple in the morning; free afternoon on the boat while sailing; optional group past life regression in afternoon while sailing. |

| Day 8 (11/9) Horus temple at Edfu in the morning and sail to Kom Ombo to visit twin temple to Horus and Sobek; Evening sail to Aswan. |

| Day 9 (11/10) Isis temple on Philae island; unfinished obelisk; leisurely Felucca (boat) sail on the Nile to Elephantine Island; Full Moon program after dinner (FM is actually at 11:11 PM) |
| Day 10 (11/11) fly to Abu Simbel in the morning. Visit the spectacular Ramses & Nefertari temples and fly to Cairo in the afternoon; wisdom circle at 11:11 a.m. wherever we are. |

Day 11 (11/12) Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo, Khan el Kalili BAzaar. Giza Sound & Light show from Fayed's roof, and traditional Egyptian dinner in the home of our Egyptian family.
Day 12 (11/13) Leave Cairo airport in morning and fly
toNew York, arrive JFK at 15:30 ET (Around 3:30 PM ET) and
clear customs. |
